Māui
Māui is a very clever and daring demi-god. What he did helped and benefited mankind. He has a superhuman strength, so he can shapeshift into many animals. His father is Taranga and his mother is Makeatutara. He appears in many myths and legends, like slowing down the sun and catching the North Island of New Zealand. He is very important to the Māori Culture.
